Payment method
• First: To register through the website with the bank transfer:
1. The participant must send a copy of the bank transfer receipt with the registration code to the following email conference@scld.shj.ae within 5 days from registration on the site otherwise the reservation will be canceled.
2. All costs of conference will be on the participant depending on choices of participation at the time of registration. Extra charge for bank transfer will be included separately.
3. Pay only in AED.
4. The participants are required to pay the currency difference at the conference's venue if bank transfer has been proven.

You can register and pay in cash to attend the conference and workshops at the venue and on the day of the conference.
Note
All amounts mentioned are inclusive of VAT.
Please upload the ID badge during the conference period for access to the workshops paid by the participant.
Cancellation Policy
1. If the subscription is canceled, the amount will be returned 60 days after the end of the Conference
2. The cancellation deadline is 1/10/2019.
3. No amount will be refunded if you cancel your payment after 1/10/2019.
